An Underwater Scene on a Glass Stair Way Railing
Who loves glass on the Stair way? Lots of us. Plain, not so much.
This customer lives by the water and wanted an underwater scene. This design is called “Searching for the Ship” The anchor is at one end and the Wheel at the other. So, where’s the ship? Hence the name.
Yes, tempered glass for this project. 1/4″ or 3/8″ tempered glass is needed.
Your glass company or contractor will have to tell you what size for each glass panel. Also will have to tell you how it is planning to be installed. I just want to hear the glass size. Since I am not in the glazing industry, like glass shops are, it is not my area of expertise.
Your Custom Underwater Scene on Glass
Would you like to have a customized scene on glass for your home? Most likely areas are glass railings and shower areas. Again, please confirm with your contractor about the installation method for your project. The glass shops have special vendors with unique installation brackets etc. that are unique to their trade. I do the glass etching, they do the measuring and installation. Very simple.
