Glass doors with tree frogs! Of course!

Your interior glass doors or the exterior entry doors can reflect the things you are passionate about. This client has an exterior bathroom patio door that faces the pool area. Wanting something special that also offers privacy is what she was searching for.

Privacy Glass for the Bathroom Exterior Door

The glass door insert need privacy for this exterior door.  The streamed glass is perfect for that.  The design is applied to the outside and can be seen from both sides.  Of course since the texture is on the bathroom side, it is more blurred while the outside view is perfectly clear.

The glass texture choices can be seen on my resources page under glass choices.  The chart shows you what is available in hurricane impact and standard tempered door inserts. So depending on where your home is, that will determine whethere or not you are in an impact zone.  We can also make this design on interior glass doors with clear or frosted glass.

How to make an etched glass design

Here is a short time lapse video of the glass etching process. Really there’s so much more but here you can watch the gradual process of etching 1 small area after another. Less than a minute long, but actually hours in the making. But I don’t want to bore you!
