Why not? Pantry doors can be as unique as you are. This is a wonderful etched glass design that anyone would love. This pantry door was designed for a customer that was passionate about butterflies. You can have your pantry door use a special theme that you are especially connected to.
This is designed for the pantry which is right inside the front entry way just off the kitchen. This area needed something that would not be the generic mass produced designs available to absolutely everyone. There are only a few design available, so she wanted something special for her new home remodel.
We etched the design on the outside of the door.This way the design would contrast with the glossy smooth side of the outer layer of the glass.
The frosted pantry door does hide the contacts of the pantry well so you don’t need to be concerned about closet clutter. Although these pictures were taken with the protective paper still applied to the background, you can see the design quite well. After this customer painted the door, she removed the film on the opposite side. The design will show even better then. Plus when it is installed, the darkness behind the etched glass will make the design show even better.
Our prehung pantry doors can be constructed with frosted or clear glass. This is an example of the frosted choice but others have chosen clear glass. They can leave it as clear or some people use dark window tint on the inside to contrast with the etching even more. That really looks wonderful. The darker the better! The doors are not manufacturer with dark glass so clear or frosted is the only options on interior doors.
